The last few days have been rough. I have gotten good workouts in but can't seem to stop myself from eating like crap. I am at the same weight now for almost two weeks and I am not sure if it is a lack of nutrients driving me to eat more or just lack of focus. Either way, I have to figure it out.
242.8 lb Lost so far: 52.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2392 kcal Fat: 76.38g | Prot: 105.16g | Carb: 333.63g.   Breakfast: Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), Frosted Mini Wheats - Cinnamon Streusel, Coffee, Brown Sugar, Sweet Buttercream Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Light Nonfat Yogurt - Strawberry Banana, Apples, Gourmet Vegetarian Original Crust Pizza (Large). Dinner: Mushrooms, Beef Stew Meat, No Yolks Egg Noodles. Snacks/Other: Adventure Bar, Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Butter), Candy Corn. more...

The sugar in the crap, makes you want to eat more crap, lol. Stress can raise our cortisol levels and make us want to eat carbs/sugar. Try to give your body good stuff. Once you get back in to the habit, your body will crave the good stuff.
