been indulging this week on sweet stuff. in fact I've come to the conclusion sugar doesn't agree with me. gives me a low headache. like an addict where sweet stuff is concerned, know it's not good, but ram it in my mouth anyway

you need to gradually decrease it and save it as a treat for the weekend, especially if it's giving you headaches, maybe high blood sugar?
