i took my homemade soup in flask but never had a chance to eat...
i was OK then till got home, just wanted eat, more than soup.
I got my Vi shake today and will start this evening. hopefully no more craving.
145.1 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
