I'm happy with my progress I've never done so well before.
251.3 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1628 kcal Fat: 63.46g | Prot: 61.69g | Carb: 215.32g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Hot Peppers (Canned),  Black Pepper ,  Salt , Lifestyle Nutrition White Rice Cakes Salted,  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) ,  Grated Cheddar Cheese,  Guacamole. Lunch: Woolworths Maple Syrup, Freshmark Bananas, Snowflake Flapjacks. Dinner:  Grated Cheddar Cheese,  Red or Cayenne Pepper ,  Black Pepper ,  Salt , Knorr Aromat,  Roasted Sweet Potatoes,  Cucumber,  Tomatoes, I&J Hake Fillet. Snacks/Other: Beacon Midnight Velvet Dark Chocolate, Bakers Blue Label Marie Biscuit, Clover Bliss Double Cream Yoghurt Choc Chip, Rhodes Pineapple Pieces in Light Syrup,  Carrots . more...
