2358 kcal Fat: 90.94g | Prot: 118.08g | Carb: 276.30g.   Breakfast:  水煮蛋, 光泉 無糖優格, 新福源 芝麻醬, 康寶 草莓果醬, Costco 厚片吐司, Costco 義大利老麵恰巴提尼. Lunch: 五木 寬捲麵,  白蘿蔔,  排骨湯, 卜蜂 去骨清雞腿(去腳踝), 馬可先生 黑麥高纖雜糧麵包餅乾, Zespri 黃金奇異果, 可口 可口奶滋 (12,5克). Dinner: 綠巨人 (Green Giant) 天然特甜玉米粒, 光泉 牛乳, 金蘭 剝皮辣椒,  白蘿蔔, 泰山 沙拉油,  山茼蒿, Costco 蝦仁,  素炒芹菜,  生豆皮. Snacks/Other: 萬歲牌 無調味核桃. more...
