I’m starting April at the exact same place I started March, 315 lol. My goal for April 30th is to be 15.8 lb lower. That’s about .54 lb a day 😶.

First mini goal is 310.6 April 10th.
315.8 lb Lost so far: 41.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
