Yesterday was a good day. I had another awesome workout and have decided to take the day off. My body needs a break, a recovery day. I will get some workout in for TKD class tonight but not a lot. I think that will be good. Ate pretty well, but failed to log it again. I need to get better about doing that. The more I can log the better the weight loss will be.
