bit disheartened but defo been eating too much. especially bread ! need to work on limiting myself at meal times. I dont snack I just over indulge at my meals. need better portion control
164.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
