1578 kcal Fat: 56.68g | Prot: 72.60g | Carb: 179.86g.   Breakfast: Lotus Savoury Yeast Flakes, Woolworths High Fibre Bran, Woolworths Oat Bran, Wheat Germ, Moccona Decaff Coffee, Vitasoy Soy Milky Regular. Lunch:  Tea with Milk, Coles Sliced White Hungarian Salami,  Hummus ,  Tomatoes, Khobz Wholemeal Lebanese Bread. Dinner: Tea with Milk, Tomatoes, Thin Crust Pizza with Meat and Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Strawberries , Australia's Own Organic Soy Milk,  Coffee,  Plums . more...
