I am happy with this. It was a morning weighin. I expected to slightly gain some of last wewk's. now the plan is to oz it mon-we'd again this week.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
