2113 kcal Fat: 90.67g | Prot: 157.26g | Carb: 161.88g.   Breakfast: Knorr Salted Egg Powder, Impact Whey Protein (Salted Caramel), Pan Seared Chicken Breast (Canola Oil), Skimmed Milk (250ml), Cooked Egg Yolk, Cooked Egg White. Lunch: Pan Seared Chicken Breast (Canola Oil), Brown Rice, Japanese Tofu,  Carrots (with Salt, Frozen, Drained, Boiled, Cooked) , Cabbage (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled),  Cooked Celery (Fat Added in Cooking), Green String Beans, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Indonesian Fried Tempeh, Nestle Nestum (Susu+Pisang), Sunpride Pisang Single, Quaker Instant Oatmeal. Snacks/Other:  Fried Tofu,  Breaded Chicken Patty, Fillet or Tenders. more...

Defisit kalori yg pasti ya, intinya jarang jajan di luar aja, di track kalorinya Rutin olahraga pasti Konsisten sih intinya
