Diet 100% yesterday except need to drink more water. Had crack slaw last night (or hamburger cabbage stir fry-from Linda's site GENAW). It was great and everyone loved it. Just wasn't sure what size an actual portion was. Have missed exercise due to mask making. Will make the effort tonight!
184.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
