This morning was a nice surprise! My calorie intake was a little higher than normal yesterday, but my carbs were low. Plus, eating out is always a challenge, so I stuck to a cup of soup and deli chicken salad to keep my portions smalls. This weekend will be a true test, I have never gone a full weekend without gaining back some weight, normally because we eat out more, and I make large heavy dinners for the entire family. I will be strong! I will keep to my meal plans! And most of all, I will drink water!!!
258.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you do those "large family meals", maybe cook something you don't particularly like?

The weekends are hard for me as well. Just try to stay focused and determined. You can do this.
