I have been intermittently fasting for the past two weeks 18/6 eating cleanly in the 6hour window(2000calories per day). The weight drop is due to the no snacking during the fast and no alcohol Sunday to Thursday😅... and above all good quality sleep🙏🏿
169.3 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 169.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
