I did go down a pound then regained it .. 😕 I’ve stayed within the calories but not losing that well on the scales . However, I can say the fat bum & belly that felt hard are feeling a lot softer .. must mean it’s shifting I think 🤔
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
