Wow, that was a lot of food! Wonderful family of friends from overseas were here for just 3 days (Friendly Farm, Rita's twice, steak BBQ, Oreos, Spam & eggs, etc.), including a 2-day seminar of non-stop sitting & snacking...and after heavy food intake & NO excercise, my weigh-in is the same as last week. Why? Maybe those who say "diet" food is fattening are right? Hmm...
