Kel came and I tried and succeeded moderately well to stay within my points. Ate quite a few of Mom's cookies. We drank which probably put me over the edge. Saturday, Michael and I had dinner, I still did okay on points, declined on Dunkin Donuts!!! had a few cookies from Mom :-( And then came back and DRANK with the girls and ATEEEEEE pancakes, cereal, chocolate, cookies, tortilla chips, ewwww so much food. It was a baddddd decision. I believe this number is probably just me uppppp really high from binging but I feel like I need to see it as a reality check. I've been feeling so good and doing so well. I need to stay on track!
