I fell off the wagon several months ago and have not been eating right or exercising as I should be. With the Holidays and just plain bad discipline I have gained back all but 13 pounds of what I had lost. As of this point my family has agreed to eat a healtier diet with me and to increase our vegitarian meals from 1 a week to 2 or 3 a week. I am hoping that having the Family inthe loop will help me to stay on track. This is slowing me down and making my body sluggish as well as damaging more organs than I care to think about.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
