I haven’t been very organised this week so I am grateful or another small loss. I also think that perhaps this business gets harder as you grow older so maybe I am going to need patience and persistence.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
