Oops that's a big oops I knew it was going up after Christmas and a nice little holiday, but got to get this back down and only way is to admit you mucked up and Face it! Back on it guys
176.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
