Today had grapes and have no lunch till 2pm soooo hungry tho what to do !

Tesco beef or asda fish ???....think gonna have to be fish .hmmmmm and hot plum tomoatoes....

I eat whole packet of fish which was under 300 cals which is ok as it high in protein low in cals..

I went to the gym not feeling it too much but still did 45 mins spin bike i was really hungry last night and 4 set 10 on bingo wings

I was tempted to order a chinese im glad i didnt now...gotta be strong I may take some grapes home tonight as i cud of bit Davids arm off.
