Am loving support and recipe ideas from FS community. Thanks! My 3 big wins seem to have been with (a) portion control (b) eating slowly not shovelling down a large plateful quickly and (c) having a healthy snack available. The food diary is great to see where my calories come from. OMG, I was a snacking nightmare
