Have been trying at least 20 hour fasting past two days then a Keto meal or two, seems to be working as my weight finally went under 160. I think I’ll keep this up until I reach my goal.
159.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
