I have strayed from my goal. And physically I don't feel so well - basically lack of energy. Trying a new tactic - looking at 5 lbs at a time, but really concentrating on healthy living more than just weight loss. When I record what I eat its better. I have to think about what I'm doing - harder to ignore my actions if I'm recording them. I do want to feel better and look better.
