Today is going to be hard for me, I stayed up all night with hubby at the hospital and then my room mate needed to go to the hospital this morning but I didn't stick around for her, I can only do so much in one day. I'm hoping this afternoon I will have the energy to take a 30 minute walk. I already exercised at Jazzercise for 15 minutes so that got my heart rate up a bit. I'm going to do what I can. I gained .2 pounds because I had to eat in the middle of the night while up with hubby, I was sooo hungry it was painful. But I ate good things not bad.
