Pounds are slowing coming off, need some encouragement i am starting to hate weighing in. i ate less this week and didnt exercise much, but i was hurt, sick. what else is there to do.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Dont stop eating it only slows weight loss down more esp at the 24 lb to go bit. can you set aside time to write down all the low point foods you like and spread it through the day,Make the W.W no Point Veg Soup and the sugar free jelly, they are life saving foods to have in. Looking at yr weight chart you are losing weight at the proper speed, You stay focus, From yr Pic you are already a stunning lady, Good LUCK
