Barely ate the last two days. Restarting FatSecret. Using Nokia Withings WiFi Body Scale and Fitbit Alta HR. Lost access to HealthSlate (paid by insurance) and Noom (paid by me). Tried Noom for four months, but I do not feel it is as helpful for losing fewer than fifty pounds. Glad to see I have lost a few pounds in the last few years.
140.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
