Been getting up at 4:30am for the past week to get my workouts done. It backfired on me a little Brit because I’ve been hungry as a hell all day. I’ll be prepared to eat better this week and hoping for a nice number loss this week.
337.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
