Kirain bakal naek, soalnya minggu kemarin banyak surplusnya gara2 banyak kerjaan, lemes kalo defkal. Ada kali 4 harian mah surplus dari TDEE sampe +200an. Apa kebanyakan mikir juga ngebakar kalori ya?
