So cheat-meal out due to changes at work causing stress, and I'm down a lb? I'll never fully understand my weight.
277.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2002 kcal Fat: 88.05g | Prot: 118.66g | Carb: 192.50g.   Breakfast: American Cheese Loaf (Yellow & White), boars head ham, Milk (Whole Milk), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Light Fat Free Strawberry Banana Yogurt, designer whey protien, banana. Lunch: boars head american, boars head chicken, kraft light mayo, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), meatloaf, All Natural Italian Salad Dressing, pita. Dinner: shanghai style beef. Snacks/Other: milk, Chocolate Chip Cookies (Soft Type), apple, Smoked Almonds, Baked Cheese Puffs. more...
