I am stuck in the 180-185 lb range. Is it too many carbs? If I get stuck at 50 carbs and 500 calories per meal to lose the weight, how can I keep it off? :/ I have to pay more attention to my water intake and not forget to record my carbs and calories. I think I am having a lot more than I am entering.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
