A start .... early weigh in (4 days) as want to check progress every Sunday. Back to gym and walks, but yet to get to the right food habits - a bit difficult after having got into a bad food habits over the last month!
205.3 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
