Denny, you gained less than 7 pounds in the whole period between Thanksgiving, Christmas and the new year. (I gained TWELVE during that same time!) Glad we're BOTH back on track now. Glad to be walking alongside you again! We have EXACTLY the same amount of weight to lose to get to our goals (49 each - my ultimate is 165, though I think I reset it to a higher, more quickly attainable, number for short-term gratification!) I'm going to lose ALL of that this year! Can I count on you to celebrate our MUTUAL victory? I walked 3/4 of a mile around our property this afternoon. What are you doing to increase your exercise? If IIII can do it, anyone can!
