Actually, I have read that thinking about food makes your body prepare to eat which can actually trigger hunger pains when you're not really hungry so it's a much better thing than you realize that you're keeping your mind off of food. (That's why I only look at my recipe books when I'm already hungry) Your body will actually START creating fat cells to prepare to eat if you think about food too much! BTW: I told you that 1.5 pound would come off like nothing.
