I was tempted to not even step on the scale after the last few days. I knew it would be skewed from activities involved in a wedding. calories through the roof. it started Thursday with a chicken sandwich from popeyes while we hurried to finish prep for the wedding. Friday started out ok, but as the wedding drew near, I ran out of time and had to grab fast food again. McDonald's chicken sandwich. the wedding itself, I barely ate, but drank alot. crashed out there for a few hours and made my way home around 4 am. slept till 10 am when I'm usually up by 6.30 on a weekend. went out for a greasy hangover burger. and slept some more. taco Bell for dinner because why not. woke up this morning around 8.30, still a bit hungover, but I'm back to my regular diet. I anticipate a sharp drop in weight over the next few days, but this entire week will be a wash.
the wedding itself was perfect. white trash at its finest and no one expected any less. the ceremony was officiated by the groom's brother who had a panic attack in the middle of it. his mom had to come rub his tummy to comfort him and help him through it. I regret nothing.
