Oh god it's been tortorous.
Either the scale at the gym is in needing of some major calibration or I'm hormonal.
Yesterday I step on the scale and it says I gained all my weight back plus a pound. Which is impossible for me to gain 3 to 4 pounds in a couple of days.
Today I step on that same scale, and it says that I am down a pound from 208.
WTF?

Anyways I haven't been strict in eating, but I haven't been over eating either. I don't do low calorie diets, it's just a waste of time.
I do however exercise hard and regularly. So that's good.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
