Weighing in but not much change... Weight stabilized around 114 so here I am. It is good. Last week average weight was 113.6 and average calories just under 1900. Only had one dip into Christmas cookies, more probably next week otherwise keeping low carb and enjoying it. We got deep freeze here. Polar winds... Maybe down to minus 14F. I ran on the indoor track today.
Signed up for the Christmas Countdown Challenge ... not sure how many cookies I earn for 25 donkey kicks LOL

I saw Ted Naiman say on twitter that one could have 100 gram carbs for being active but every 50 carb after that cost one hour of intensive exercise.

You are so right! I'm a little heavy right now...can feel it since I haven't been exercising lately. Same calories and carbs, but my body is "bloatier". You are doing so great liv! An inspiration to those of us more at the beginning of our journey. :)

I'm hoping to be able to eat carbs again someday, but I'm not holding my breath. I would rather keep my t2d in reversal, than eat carbs. It's now been 2 years of normal BS readings, and 50 lbs loss.

I think that is wise thinking Gz... carbs may be problematic for diabetics... low carb may help control the reaction but you are not really cured...

Jz9 & liv, I am also diabetic Type 2. I find when I eat starchy carbs or grain carbs I can put on weight real quick and my blood sugar goes up. If I just stick with green vegetables and bright colored vegetables I do well with those and my blood sugar stays stable. It's the sugar and starch that makes me go higher.
