this week I have been sick with a sinus infecton, so it has been extremely easy to eat well as I cannot taste anything...however I did watch Dr Oz this week and his guest had written a book called "Sugar, salt, Fat" and talked about how they tie these three things to get us to eat more...it was really interesting, and it made me realize how good it is not to be eating so much processed foods! Eating food that is home made, without all the additives, and watching what I put in my mouth isn't as hard as it once was. I am proud of my latest accomplishment!
