I fell off the wagon for awhile. Moving across country and getting situated in a new home and new routine will do that to you. I saw myself in some pictures lately and wasn’t happy with what I saw. I am going to need support from my fs family. The first couple of days are always the hardest. Starting low carb. Fasting in the morning The goal is under 20 carbs a day. Even left the creamer out of my coffee this morning. Trying to get it down.
