Gained a few pounds back. Body is just leveling out after a rapid weight loss in the first week. Why is it your body loses so much water when you first start out?
363.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 183.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

You're doing fine... keep it up. My weight loss graph has big slopes all over it.. just keep at it. :)

i don't know about the water thing but i wonder if it takes more water to burn the fat. I can tell when I'm on a losing streak and in Ketosis because I get soo thirsty. I read something about the fat cells initially holding water because they didn't want to believe they were empty. I'm an accountant, not a doctor - i don't try to understand the details :)
