had red beans and rice for dinner last night and more than a few drinks while I watched LSU smash BAMA. it was worth it. I anticipate another quick drop in the following days like last weekend. should hit the 20 pound mark Monday or Tuesday. no more cheat days til Thanksgiving and maybe 1 cheat day between then and Christmas. hope to be under 300 by thanks giving and 290 by Christmas. then, with the new year comes some cardio. would start sooner, but I wanted to drop some weight first as I don't think my knees could tolerate all that weight. seems like a solid plan.
