first real test today. Have bbq lunch with my group. Have meal already planned, so hope my guesses from the online database is close calorie wise. Slight gain today which seems typical after our bike rides. Now to hope the next day goes down which has also been real typical. Not sure I understand that, but... what can you do. Blood sugars are doing real well with 77 this morning on 30mg actos and 15 glyburide. What a change from the 30 actos, 30 glyburide and 1000 metformin I used to take. Going to order the ribs dry if I can.
