😭 I was down the whole week and on the day I actually record my weight this happens 😭😭😭
146.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

weigh your average for the week. i.e weigh youself each morning on an empty tummy, record it then dividethe total by 7 days. This should be more of a true reflection of weight gain/loss. hope it helps
