Slow and steady wins the race they say. Hopefully once my schedule calms down I can find time to go for walks or to the gym for a bit and get a gym schedule going as well. Life may be a jumbled and confusing mess as usual but at least it’s not throwing off my game.
235.2 lb Lost so far: 67.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
