Pre holiday weight, although I’m looking forward to it I’m dreading dealing with the eating, I’ve done so well and my will power and self esteem are high together with new , smaller clothes so hoping this will help spur me on with my decision making for each meal eeeeek!
196.4 lb Lost so far: 37.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Enjoy! Just swim or walk everyday. I once went on an all-inclusive and lost weight because we walked so much.

Walked for an hour before a pub lunch, burned 200 calories and ended up eating rather a lot 😌
