following the diet pretty well. feel like things are going well. I'd like to see another few lbs drop but I also need to remember that I want to lose weight slow enough to not gain it back.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
