i know it's just water...but boy does this feel good :D

dinner _ I did eat it but ti was too complicated to record- it was almond butter on ryvitas (only because I also ate a piece of the cake I'd made for the girls as well so wanted to do something light.)

today: need to have a smoothie for dinner as having a big lunch at work.
231.5 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
