WI Mommy's Journal, 25 August 2008

Down one pound from last week. I had a fairly good week with the exception of yesterday. Had I maintained yesterday I probably would have been down another pound or two. I really want to get below 130 by the end of this week. That will give me one month to lose the last 5 pounds (and maybe even more) before the wedding. I'd love to start exercising again. My activity points are way down. Need to get motivated again -- losing 3 pounds this week would help me but probably isn't pratical. I guess I have to be happy that I am losing and not gaining.
132.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
