So have the weight watcher/nutrisystem in my head going to go for the calorie count since its easier to post here and see the progress. Its 6:20pm already ate my dinner and going to weight for morning to eat breakfast. Don't want to eat anymore. Seem to always have an ongoing grazing going on and its one of the things that keeps my weight up I KNOW IT!. Anyway, back to the drawing board and keeping on track. Hope you are all doing the same tonight!
