因為前晚唱歌到凌晨3點多!
所以今天從早睡到晚⋯
晚上8點前之喝了一罐運動飲料,
出門吃晚餐吃太多了⋯
整天都沒運動罪惡感😱走路30分鐘
多少運動一下!!加油💪加油💪
